We are so excited to partner once again with the PWNA to offer this incredible opportunity for you to explore the Great American Southwest, and see in person the daily impact your generous donations have on the Native American communities in the Southwest.
Wednesday, October 3
Arrive in Phoenix, AZ. Depending on your arrival time, the rest of the day is free to enjoy as you wish. In the evening, meet fellow travelers at a welcome reception and dinner with PWNA representatives in Phoenix.
Thursday, October 4
Travel to Sedona, AZ. Tour local sites such as Montezuma Castle, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Sedona Heritage Museum, Red Rock State Park, and shopping in the TlaquePaque Arts and Crafts Village.
Friday, October 5
Travel to Moenkopi, meet local guides and PWNA partners, travel to specific sites your donations to the PWNA have helped, including Tewa Village youth programs, Prophecy Rock and additional touring as time allows, overnight in Moenkopi
Saturday, October 6
Tour through Antelope Canyon, learning the cultural significance to the Native population and history. Meander along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon in the afternoon, enjoying the Visitor Center, Market Plaza, or one of the park ranger guide talks scheduled throughout the day. Travel to Flagstaff, AZ for the night.
Sunday, October 7
Take the morning to meander through Old Town Flagstaff, departing for Wupatki National Monument after lunch. Return to Phoenix, AZ for the evening, with free time to explore and shop.
Monday, October 8
Tour the iconic sites of Phoenix, followed by lunch and tour of the PWNA Distribution Center/Office. Farewell dinner reception in the evening, allowing time to discuss the impact this trip has had, the PWNA sites visited, and relaxed conversation with PWNA representatives.
Tuesday, October 9
Depart for home after six amazing days of touring!
